Last weekend the Prather boys came over to give their parents some needed R&R time. The girls absolutely loved having them over as they enjoyed lots of playing, sleeping on the floor and some early morning donuts.

Friday Night Date
Tatum and I generally look forward to Friday nights as our date night. Sometimes that means relaxing at home, sometimes it means dinner and a movie (By the way, Inception.. was... awesome!) But we aren't the only ones to look forward to date night. Nadia and Sonia get quite a few "date nights" with Nana and Papaw. They always look forward to it because they get to do new and crazy stuff, like jumping on a mini trampoline (hello 80's exercise craze) or watching the latest and greatest Disney movie. Anyways, we all are grateful here at the Perez Household for these date nights. I like to think that it helps us keep our sanity. She Did It Again!
My wife never ceases to amaze me. She works, takes care of three kids (me included) and a dog, always has the house clean enough for a Presidential visit and still finds me funny...sometimes. On top of all this she has been training for a sprint triathlon, her second. Well, she competed in the Eagle Creek Sprint Tri over the weekend and managed to place second on her age group. Awesome! Pretty amazing considering I was spent just from lugging the girls and my backpack around while Tatum competed. There is no video this time around (I completely forgot) but I did manage to get some pics. One day maybe I'll join her...it did look pretty fun.
