Time to get Messy
Nadia's ready to paint and draw with her new art apron that Nana bought for her while visiting Seattle. This cute apron holds four crayons in the front pocket....so cute! Below, Nadia is wearing her new pumpkin house slippers. They have an extra sticky grip and help keep the toes warm. Thank you Amy Prather for letting us know about this great find at Meijer.

Uncle Ebon
Uncle Ebon was over yesterday for our first and sadly last (at least for a month) Monday night pizza and "Heroes." Uncle Ebon leaves today for Dallas, TX for a great job opportunity but he will be back in a month (at least we hope he comes back and doesn't decide to stay).

The Circus!

As part of Mommy's Birthday surprise, Daddy planned a family fun day at the circus. We had such a wonderful time and Nadia absolutely loved it! In fact, she clapped, bounced and danced more than most the kids sitting around us. It was so entertaining, that Nadia was able to sit through the entire 2 hour show.

What a Crock!
Nadia received a pair of Croc shoes this weekend from Papaw and Nana. She loved them so much that we couldn't get them off of her and into her pajamas.

September Photo Gallery
There was a neighborhood garage sale yesterday and it became Christmas in September for little Miss Nadia. We bought books, puzzles and some toys for only $1. Nadia also has a new picnic table and the Little People Train Station above. Nadia found that her little arms couldn't reach all areas of the train track so she decided that sitting in the middle worked the best.

Nadia's new game is to hide in little tight corners from Mommy when her diaper needs changed.

Nadia may be a "girlie girl" but not when it comes to eating. Her friend Eli got a little messy too. I hope Eli gets this messy at home or I may be too relaxed when it comes to feeding time.

Say, "Cheese!"

A Day in the Park

Nadia's second cousin, Jack, had a Birthday party at Highland Park in Kokomo. Nadia had a great time watching the ducks and playing with all the other children. She even pet a frog without hesitation...Mommy was so proud.

Return to Sender
Ohhhh, the weekends... Daddy and Nadia get a lot of silly, play time together and Mommy gets a bit of a break. Actually, Mommy's real plan was to get the two inside for some pretend play and then tape it up and ship it out for a couple of days. Just joking!

Nadia had her first haircut last week. Actually it was more of a trim. Kind of expensive for just a few snips but she sat in a chair that was a car, watched "The Wiggles", received a certificate for her first haircut, got to keep some of the hair clippings, and received a balloon. However, we think Mommy will handle the next few haircuts. We have video but our computer recently crashed so we will post it sometime later.

Trick-or-Treat! ...and we thought only Mommy gets this excited for October and Halloween! However, Nadia surpassed Mommy's Holiday madness when she began practicing trick-or-treat runs around the house.
Wickedly Cute!!!

NFL Kickoff 2007
The NFL hosts a kickoff party at the Super Bowl Champion's location. Lucky for us, this year it was in downtown Indy. We managed to have a family night out and meet up with the Kueblers. Faith Hill and Kelly Clarkson performed while we strolled around for awhile and then hung out at a tapas restaurant.

Mommy, Wow!
I'm a big kid now...

20 lbs. and over 1 year old-Nadia can finally look forward.
Apparently the front view is just as dull as the rear view.
