Memorial Day Weekend - Part One

We had a weekend filled with activities including a cookout, the Indy 500 Festival Parade and overall tomfoolery. Here are some pics.

500 Festival Rookie Run

Nadia participaed in her first run today in downtown Indy by Monument Circle. She has been pretty excited for the last couple of weeks to be able to "run like mami". It was a cut little event, there were several groups in each age category and as you can see below, Nadia and her running partner Carson led the pack of kids down and around the equivalent of two street blocks.

Tatum and I had a great time in Seattle/Vancouver and even greater company in Breanne and James. We did a lot of sightseeing, a lot of eating and even caught a David Gray concert in between. Here are some of my favorite shots from last week.

SSP (Seattle Sans Progeny)

Tatum and I are in Seattle, visiting Breanne, enjoying a kidless vacation, our first in quite a while. The weather (and company) has been fantastic so far. Tommorow we are headed up to Vancouver for some Canadian livin'. In the meantime, you can enjoy the obligatory tourist shot in front of the market...thanks Breanne!
