Chitty Chitty Bang Bangs

Sonia has been running into everything around the house with her hair hanging down to her nose... the poor girl just couldn't see where she's going. We've tried clips, bows and rubber bands in her hair but as soon as she notices she's pulling it out. So a couple of days ago I finally took the scissors and gave her bangs. Some day when she's old enough to leave her bows alone we will let the bangs grow out again but for now we'll just enjoy seeing those big, beautiful brown eyes.

First accident of the outdoor season. Yesterday, Sonia and I were chasing Nadia down the sidewalk while Nadia was pushing her bubble mower. Well, Nadia got too excited and turned to look at us...the next thing I know she's all wrapped up in her lawn mower and taking a rolling fall to the ground. It was ugly but only a few tears were shed...she took it like a champ.

Little Minnow

Sonia and I had our last swim class this week. We're sad that it's over but at least summer is around the corner and we'll be back in the water soon.
